At Milestone Career Counseling Center we review candidate’s interest, background, education, strengths, accomplishments, skills and abilities. We examine and help them explore the best suitable career possibilities based on the abilities and offer suitable career assessments. We guide students and professionals and help them to explore various career options available for a better future.

The main aim of our center is to help candidates choose a field which is in tune with their skills and abilities they possess and their job expectations. The assessments highlights their interests and outlines their strengths and weakness in turn helping them discover their true potential and interests  guiding them to their desired career path. We believe in helping the students keep a right mental attitude and suggest smart personalized counseling techniques for career growth based on the personality type, career values and interests.

Jyoti is a GCC Certified Career Counselor and has gathered vast experience in talent identification, training and employability skills development.

Her main focus is to work with educational institutions, students and parents  to ensure the right jobs are identified for each student.

There are more than 3000+ career options available today in fields previously unheard of. Less than 20% students consult a good career counselor before making a good career choice. However more than 90% of the time the careers are chosen, not by understanding the childs capability but just to join the rat race. She is dedicated and self motivated and  always craves to think wider, commits a lot of  time in researching details and highlight unrealized potential, guiding aspiring youth and individuals to relevant career paths which would suit their personality, interest areas and skill sets.
